Terms of Service - Masonry Masters

Please read our terms and conditions below before hiring our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Masonry Masters for masonry services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with engaging our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide a variety of masonry services including, but not limited to, brickwork, stonework, repairs, and restorations. All services are described in the service agreement, and any additional services required beyond the scope of the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.

Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided by us are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
All prices are subject to change, with prior notice, due to unforeseen increases in material costs or additional labor required.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide:
(a) Timely access to the property for assessments, measurements, and work as scheduled.
(b) Necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals for work to commence and continue uninterrupted.

Workmanship and Materials

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials used for a period outlined in the service agreement.
Any defects or issues arising within the warranty period will be addressed at no additional cost to the Client, subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined in the warranty terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client to us for the services.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms arising out of a cause beyond our control and without our fault or negligence. Such causes may include but are not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, and interruptions in transportation or communications.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississauga, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
